Job summary

SafeSplash Lakewood is seeking enthusiastic Swim Instructors and Lifeguards to teach students of all ages in Englewood and Lakewood. You will design engaging lessons, help students build confidence in the water, and promote safety in a positive, fun environment.

We value teamwork, ongoing training, and strong communication with parents. Must have current CPR and First Aid certification and be at least 16 years old; evenings and weekends available.

Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Experience in teaching swimming or aquatics preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to swim proficiently.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
