Job summary

SafeSplash - Vinings is seeking a Customer Care Associate to be the welcoming face of our swim school, supporting lead conversion, retention, and smooth front desk operations in a high-energy, child-focused setting. You will greet families, conduct tours, and respond to inquiries with enthusiasm and empathy.

This role offers paid training, daily pay, flexible hours, and benefits for 30+ hours per week, including health, PTO, and family swim lessons.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable around water and children.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties including Terms & Conditions processing, attended tracking, and follow-up on aged accounts.
• Answer all incoming phone calls within three rings and return messages promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely student attendance records and ensure smooth class operations.
• Assist with facility cleanliness: lobby, observation area, restrooms, and front desk.
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers, greeting them by name with high energy.
• Address and de-escalate customer issues promptly, finding solutions that strengthen relationships.
