Job summary

SafeSplash Swim School Temple is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff on duty, and ensure a warm, high-energy environment for students and families. The role includes coordinating front desk activities, pool operations, and iClassPro tasks while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and exceptional service.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility for evenings and weekends. CPR and Lifeguard certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff on duty and ensure duties are completed throughout the shift.
• Maintain a welcoming, high-energy environment for students, families, and staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, enrollments, and front-desk operations.
• Manage iClassPro enrollments, transfers, level-ups, and billing inquiries.
