Qualifications

• Age 15+ required.
• Experience with kids and passion for teaching swimming.
• Ability to pass American Red Cross CPR certification.
• Ability to pass in-water skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for members and participants to learn to swim.
• Encourage and support students for an enjoyable aquatics experience.
• Evaluate swimming skills and complete progress reports for each session and communications for parents.
• Participate with the aquatics staff team to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.

What is needed for this job as our Swim Instructor (Or Instructor Aide):

• Age 15+
• Experience with kids and passionate about teaching children to swim
• Ability to pass American Red Cross CPR Certification
• Ability to complete and pass our in-water skills assessment

The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Swim Instructor (Or Instructor Aide):

• Provide a safe environment that allows members and participants to learn to swim
• Encourage and support students to provide an enjoyable aquatics experience
