Job summary

The General Hospital Corporation Mass General Brigham seeks a Swim Instructor for Bulfinch Temporary Service to teach swimming and water safety to participants of all ages at 101 Merrimac Street. You will promote a safe, engaging learning environment and uphold pool policies.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of swim instruction experience, knowledge of all strokes, and CPR/AED certification; Red Cross WSI preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year swim instructor experience.
• Knowledge of all four competitive strokes and elementary strokes.
• American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor preferred; CPR/AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills and water safety to participants of all ages.
• Maintain a safe atmosphere and enforce pool rules.
• Record weekly lessons and assist with pool area cleanup.
• Schedule lessons according to pool availability.
