Responsibilities

• Evaluate students’ performance and progress.
• Provide feedback to students, parents, and Aquatics Supervisor.
• Track attendance in Club Automation.
• Ensure teaching tools are in good working condition.
• Implement ground rules for each swim session.
• Respond to emergencies per facility policy and procedures.
• Maintain all annual education requirements (CBL’s) and BLS/CPR certifications.
• Maintain professionalism and enforce facility rules.
