Responsibilities

• Evaluate student performance and progress.
• Provide feedback to students, parents, and Aquatics Supervisor.
• Track attendance in Club Automation.
• Ensure teaching tools are in good working condition.
• Enforce ground rules for each swim session.
• Respond to emergencies per facility policy.
• Maintain annual education requirements (CBLs) and CPR/BLS certifications.
• Maintain professionalism per organizational standards.
• Enforce facility rules and policies.
• Perform safe and effective swim lessons.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
