For example, starting pay for new hires is $16.67 per hour. For employees returning for a second year, the hourly rate increases to $17.17, with further incremental increases for additional years up to six. Under the direction of the Aquatic Supervisor and Assistant Aquatic Supervisor, the instructor will implement lesson plans for group swim lessons, assist individuals scheduled for private and semi-private swim lessons, and educate guests on water safety. The instructor will also organize and give direction to Swim Lesson Aides who assist the class.
