Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a Swim Instructor to deliver fun, safe, and effective private, semi-private, and group lessons across all ages and levels. You will tailor instruction, maintain a welcoming vibe, and enforce club policies while keeping the deck clean and safe.

The role requires CPR/AED and a high school diploma or GED, with preferred WSI/Lifeguard/CPO certifications. Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• WSI, Lifeguard, and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time.
• Tailor instruction to each swimmer's goals and skill level; answer questions before/after lessons.
• Create an educational, welcoming vibe while enforcing pool & club policies.
• Keep the deck spotless—reset equipment and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Promote club programs and complete required paperwork, meetings, and trainings.
• Follow all service, facilities, and emergency procedures; flex to early mornings/evenings/weekends.
