Part-time ~5 hours per week with flexible, supplemental hours. Must be 17+, CPR/First Aid certified within 30 days; strong swim background and stroke proficiency; pre-employment drug test required. Compensation is commission-based or the equivalent of $18-$22 per hour.

HealthFitness is looking for a Swim Instructor to join the aquatics team at our client site in Rochester Hills. Help others build confidence in the water while working in a fun, supportive environment.

Part-time: ~5 hours per week

Responsible for providing effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
• Must have a strong swim background.
• Proficiency in all swim strokes.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Compensation for this role is commission-based or the equivalent of $18-$22 per hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
