Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.Minimum RequirementsMust be at least 17 years old.Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.Must have a strong swim background.Proficiency in all swim strokes.Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. Compensation for this role is commission-based or the equivalent of $18-$22 per hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
