Job summary

HealthFitness is hiring Swim Instructors to join the Aquatics Team at our corporate client site in Marysville, Ohio. On-call / substitute role with a flexible schedule, on-site position at a wellness-focused environment.

Responsibilities include providing effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children in private or small group lessons, and designing individualized programs to meet participants' interests, abilities, and goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required prior to start date.
• WSI certification required.
• Must have a strong swim background.
• Proficiency in all swim strokes.
• Pre-employment drug test may be required.

Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.Minimum RequirementsMust be at least 17 years old.Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.American Red Cross WSI certification.Must have a strong swim background.Proficiency in all swim strokes.Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. Compensation: $14 - $17/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
