Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Part-time, year-round schedule with a minimum of 10–12 hours per week.
• Weekday evenings and weekend availability.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work around a warm indoor pool.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment and foster confidence in students.
• Build relationships with students, families, and teammates through clear communication.
• Adapt lessons to individual student needs while maintaining safety.
• Bring a positive, reliable, professional attitude to each lesson.
