Job summary

Foss Swim School is hiring part-time Swim Teachers in Vadnais Heights, MN. You’ll teach swim lessons to students, helping them build confidence and water safety skills, with paid training and ongoing support from a dedicated team.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with weekend shifts (+$3/hour) and quarterly bonuses. Typical schedule is 10–12 hours per week, including weekday evenings (around 3:30 pm) and weekend days. Join us to grow your skills and make a lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Part-time, year-round schedule with 10–12 hours per week.
• Weekend shifts and weekday evenings to accommodate lessons.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment where students build confidence and water safety skills.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates through clear communication and collaboration.
