Job summary

Goldfish Swim School Tulsa is looking for a Swim Instructor to teach water safety and stroke technique to children, following our engaging curriculum and standards. You will be a welcoming ambassador to families, enforce safety rules, and help students progress through skill levels in a fun, supportive environment.

An ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, two or more years of swimming instruction experience, and current Lifeguard/CPR-AED/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two or more years of swimming instruction experience required.
• Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provides swim instruction based on curriculum.
• Enforces safety rules and performs rescues/first aid when needed.
• Evaluates progress and maintains required paperwork.
• Communicates with parents about student development.
• Performs light cleaning and deck duties as required.
