Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to teach both adults and children, help develop life skills for our youngest members, and evaluate swim levels while maintaining a clean, safe pool environment.

You will instruct lessons and events, respond to member questions, and promote all Aquatics programs, with certification in lifeguarding and CPR/First Aid preferred and required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion and passing of Life Time courses upon hire
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to bend to lift 20 lbs or more as needed

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services
