Ideal candidates will have ongoing pursuit of a high school diploma or GED, ability to swim 25 yards, and current certifications in StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid, with bridge options if needed within the first year.

Qualifications

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• StarGuardElite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certification (or bridge to StarGuard within 1st year).

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services.
