Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to engage members of all ages in structured lessons and water-safety programs. You will assess abilities, tailor instruction, and help maintain a safe, clean pool environment.

You will work in a fast-paced club setting, promoting Life Time's aquatics offerings and ensuring excellent guest service while adhering to safety standards. Expect hourly shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must complete Life Time courses upon hire.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services.
