Job summary

Qualifications

• Swim Instructor Basic: 16+ years, outgoing, reliable, problem solver.
• Swim Instructor Intermediate: 17+ years, 2+ years experience, CPR/First Aid cards.
• Swim Instructor Advance: 18+ years, 4 years aquatics teaching, 2+ water instruction certs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures are in place for the class.
• Communicate directions and corrections clearly.
• Develop lesson plans for each session.
• Teach group and private lessons.
• Maintain teaching area and equipment.
• Attend staff and instructors meetings.
