Job summary

British Swim School is hiring a swim instructor in Avon Lake, OH. You will teach lessons to children and adults following our gentle, progressive program, starting from 3 months old. You will be scheduled by the manager and engage with swimmers and their guardians.

We provide training, opportunities for advancement, and a culture-driven team focused on saving lives and having fun. Shift patterns may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or in progress.
• Enthusiastic personality and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swim lessons to children and adults per program standards.
• Reports to Aquatics Manager and supports owner(s).
• Maintains certifications throughout employment and works flexible hours.
• Interacts with swimmers, parents/guardians during classes.
