Job summary

British Swim School Avon Lake is seeking energetic instructors to teach swim lessons to children and adults, starting from 3 months old, using a gentle, fun, progressive Aquatics program.

You will follow a manager-set class schedule, interact with swimmers and parents, and receive training and certification support, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing, culture-driven company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Enthusiastic personality
• Comfortable in and around water; strong swimming skills are a plus but teachable
• Must maintain certifications throughout employment
• Must complete all required British Swim School Aquatics training

Responsibilities

• Instructs swim lessons to children and adults per the British Swim School program
• Maintain certifications throughout employment
• Follow a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Interact with swimmers and parents/guardians during lessons
