Job summary

British Swim School is seeking dedicated instructors to teach swim lessons to children and adults, starting from 3 months old, using our progressive program that is gentle and fun. You will be assigned a class schedule by managers and will interact with swimmers and guardians daily.

You’ll receive training to deliver our curriculum, with opportunities for growth in a fast-growing, culture-driven company. A mission to reduce drowning and empower learners guides daily work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable in and around the water; swimming skills are a plus and can be taught.
• Must maintain certifications.
• Complete British Swim School aquatics training and testing.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Aquatics Manager or Business Owner(s).
• Instructs swimming lessons per British Swim School training and program standards; maintain certifications.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Be in the water for the duration of the shift.
