Job summary

British Swim School is hiring a swim instructor to teach lessons to children and adults, starting from 3 months old, following the British Swim School program. You will be assigned to a class schedule developed by managers and interact with swimmers and parents.

We provide training, a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing, culture-driven company that cares about water safety and making a lasting impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or in the process of completion.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable in and around the water; strong swimming skills are a plus but can be taught.
• Must maintain certifications throughout employment.
• Must complete all required British Swim School Aquatics training and testing.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner(s).
• Instructs swimming lessons per British Swim School standards and maintains certifications.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Interact with swimmers and parents/guardians during lessons.
