Job summary

British Swim School - South Orlando is seeking passionate instructors to teach swimming with a strong emphasis on safety. You will work with preschool and elementary-aged children, following our proven teaching methods in a supportive environment.

Experience with children is preferred; training is provided, including CPR/AED & First Aid. You will be part of a friendly team dedicated to water safety and a lifelong love of the water.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with families.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus and can help communication with parents.
• Follow schedules and safety policies, and adhere to British Swim School teaching methods.
• Demonstrate swim strokes appropriately during lessons.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons per British Swim School standards.
• Reports to the Aquatics Director or Franchise Owner.
• Conducts classes in a fun, safe environment and follows safety procedures.
• Completes incident and accident reports as necessary.
• Works a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends as needed.
