Job summary

KATZ JCC J Splash Swim School ECC urgently seeks part-time Swim Instructors in Cherry Hill, NJ. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 9‑12, and applicants must be 18+. Previous instructor experience or participation as a year‑round swimmer is preferred.

Pay ranges from $22.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience. This role offers a meaningful chance to inspire children and teach lifesaving skills within a fun, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Red Cross First Aid / AED / CPR certification is preferred but not required.
• Able to work with children and adults.
• Friendly demeanor with great customer service skills.
• Must have knowledge of the four strokes.
• Passion for teaching learners how to swim.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for beginner to experienced youth and/or adults.
• Work alongside our team of swim instructors to provide swimmers with a top‑notch program and instruction.
• The opportunity to provide private swim lessons to swimmers is available and coordinated by the Program Manager.
