KATZ JCC J Splash Swim School is urgently hiring part-time Swim Instructors in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey. The role offers an opportunity to inspire children while teaching essential swimming skills.

We seek fun-loving, reliable individuals skilled in customer service, with a passion for teaching swimming. The role includes teaching lessons from beginner to experienced levels and possibly offering private lessons.

Qualifications

• Previous swim instructor experience or participation as a year-round swimmer is preferred.
• Must have the ability to work in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for beginner to experienced youth and/or adults.
• Work alongside swim instructors to provide top-notch instruction.
• Opportunity to provide private swim lessons.

Skills

Red Cross First Aid / AED / CPR certification

Ability to work with children and adults

Friendly demeanor and customer service skills

Knowledge of the four strokes

Passion for teaching swimming

Job Duties

• Teach swim lessons for beginner to experienced youth and/or adults.
• Work along side our team of swim instructors to provide swimmers with a top notch program and instruction.
• The opportunity to provide private swim lessons to swimmers is available and coordinated by the Program Manager.
