Job summary

British Swim School of El Paso-Pueblo Counties is seeking an Aquatic Leader to teach and supervise swim programs, lead lifeguard duties, and act as a Deck Ambassador. You will deliver our progressive curriculum, ensure swimmer safety, and foster a caring community for families.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing training. Candidates should be comfortable in the water, willing to complete instructor training, and open to evenings and weekend shifts

Qualifications

• Must be committed to safety and community service.
• Comfort in the water and willingness to complete instructor training.
• Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or childcare is preferred.
• Current lifeguard certification or ability to obtain one through our training.

Responsibilities
