Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to teach lessons for adults and children, evaluate swimming levels, and promote Aquatics programs. The role emphasizes safety and a clean pool environment, with focus on customer service and program participation.

Ideal candidates will be capable of teaching a range of abilities, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and adhering to Life Time standards for safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• Complete and pass Life Time courses upon hire.
• Able to work in a stationary position and move about the club for long periods.
• Able to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Able to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Able to bend to lift up to 20 lbs, occasionally more.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Keeps pool area safe, clean and organized.
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services.
