The starting salary is $16.00 per hour, with consideration of experience and background. The compensation package includes various benefits and earned time off, varying by employment status.
The Swim Instructor provides swimming instruction following YMCA guidelines, ensuring safety and satisfaction in a positive environment.
Reports to the Aquatic Supervisor/Director and interacts regularly with staff, volunteers, and participants.
**Required:** Minimum age 16, relevant certifications, CPR/AED, First Aid, oxygen certification within 120 days, swimming proficiency, dedication to safety and YMCA values.
**Preferred:** YMCA Swim Instructor certification.
