Job Description

Experienced Learn To Swim Instructor - casual basis with a mix of hours and days.

• Maintain a high level of customer service by greeting students and parents and engaging in open and friendly conversation, showing a genuine interest and concern in student safety, needs and goals.
• Be familiar with services offered at the pool (LTS only).
• Share the responsibility for monitoring and maintaining a safe environment and equipment
• Deliver safe and enjoyable individual and group swim training as per instructions from Pool Manager or Swim Instructor in accordance with the program or curriculum.
• Conduct all sessions / activities as scheduled (be ready in the water before the students arrive for their lesson), ensuring commencement and conclusion of sessions is appropriate and reasonable.
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

• Austswim/Swim Australia Qualifications, or equivalent qualification
• Swim Instructor experience
• Current and valid Blue Card prior to commencement
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
