We will train you! Once an instructor, you will receive a $.25 raise every 50 hours worked.

CPR/AED and First Aid certification are NOT necessary; we will pay for you to obtain these certifications.

Requirements for Swim Instructors:

As a swim instructor, you will teach students of all ages according to the British Swim School aquatics program. Even if you are not an expert swimmer, that’s OK! We can train anyone on how to teach our lessons. Here’s what we need from you:

• Availability to commit to the training program at least 3 days a week
• Your own swimsuit
• Willingness to participate in online training
• Good work ethic and openness to constructive criticism
• Willingness to learn a new skill
