Base pay range: $44,000.00/yr - $47,000.00/yr

Job Description

Under the direction of the Aquatic Leader, the Coach Leader manages the swim team according to YMCA and league rules. Responsibilities include preparing practice plans, swim meet line-ups, and ensuring a positive experience for participants.

• Knowledge of meet management software
