Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled L&D Facilitator to join our client.

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend

Pay Rate: Starting from $38 per hour

Location: New Jersey, NJ

Location Type: Remote; open to mountain/pacific time zones

Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business Hours

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the project and facilitation of necessary training for a newly created business within the US Contact Center (USCC).
• Training content will include technical systems training, procedural training, focus on customer service, and bank’s culture.
• Training may be a combination of virtual and in-person, so some travel may be required.
• The first several months will be focused on learning the systems and procedures of the anticipated 19 or 20-day program.
  
  

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Virtual classroom applications (Similar to Adobe Connect / Teams)
• Facilitations skills (in-person and virtual)
• LMS experience
