Job description

Apprenticeship Coach - Global Majority Leadership

Remote Based / Salary: £35k - £38k

OVERVIEW

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-focused training provider that delivers training within a number of global companies and household names.

This unique role involves managing a caseload split between L5 Management (ODM) and L3 Team Leading Standards (50%) and L3 Global Majority.

The Global Majority L3 programme aims to raise awareness of the barriers and challenges faced by Global Majority / BAGM individuals.

The term "Global Majority" describes diverse groups often labeled as "ethnic minorities" or not typically considered White. It acknowledges the vast diversity within these groups and moves away from viewing Whiteness as the norm.

The L3 Global Majority Apprenticeship for aspiring managers highlights systemic barriers, the importance of allyship, and cultural challenges faced by Global Majority individuals.

As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will be a subject matter expert in Leadership and Management, supporting apprentices on L5 Management (ODM), L3 Team Leading, and L3 Global Majority Standards. Knowledge or experience of Global Majority empowerment is highly valued, especially if you have lived experience within this group.

You will deliver some knowledge-based workshops, coaching workplace skills, and supporting apprentices in building a robust portfolio of evidence. You will oversee the entire learning journey and ensure a positive learning experience.

Note: Workshop delivery for Global Majority learners is not part of this role.

This is a home-based/remote role with some flexibility for occasional travel to facilitate face-to-face workshops, which are infrequent.
