Job summary

Background check and drug screen are required. The role involves implementing lesson plans, supervising participants, and participating in required trainings to ensure safety and high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Customer service experience or training preferred.
• Experience in high level swimming classes and demonstrated ability in various swim strokes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing lesson plans and supervise guests enrolled in swim programs.
• Complete in-house swim aide training and participate in instructor trainings to stay current.
• Handle emergencies according to standard procedures and maintain safety of the facility.
• Perform administrative tasks such as attendance sheets and class evaluations.
• Disseminate program information and educate users about available services.
• Direct public to proper locations and enforce facility policies.
