Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse and digital initiatives, including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, verify counts with handheld scanners, and move items to staging areas while maintaining a safe, efficient environment for members.

Qualified candidates have order-pulling experience, wholesale retail exposure, and familiarity with RF scanners.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use a handheld RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and coordinate replenishment with the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following SOPs.
