Job summary

First Watch is seeking a friendly Busser in a fast-paced restaurant environment to help maintain clean tables and a welcoming dining area. You will work closely with hosts and servers to ensure guests are seated promptly and the dining room runs smoothly.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. This role focuses on efficient table resets, sanitation, and supporting the front-of-house team to deliver an excellent breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with hosts and servers.
• Safe food handling and sanitation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables within 3 minutes.
• Communicate table readiness to Hosts.
• Assist with light housekeeping and restocking silverware.
• Support servers and team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
