First Watch is seeking a Busser to support a smooth, friendly dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant. No night shifts and a chef-curated menu emphasize our people-first culture, with opportunities to contribute to a welcoming breakfast, brunch, or lunch service.

You will work with a team to clean, reset, and set tables quickly, communicate table status to Hosts and Servers, and assist with light housekeeping as needed. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate well with others and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and speed when resetting tables.
• Friendly posture to greet and assist guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are ready for seating.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining restroom cleanliness.
