First Watch is currently seeking Bussers who thrive in a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, and lunch setting. You will keep tables ready by cleaning, resetting, and coordinating with Hosts and Servers to optimize seating.

You’ll support daily operations with light housekeeping and proper silverware setup. The role emphasizes teamwork, timely table readiness, and high standards of cleanliness, with no night shifts as part of our YOU FIRST culture.

Qualifications

• Teamwork is essential for coordinating with hosts and servers.
• Clear communication with team members to ensure smooth seating and service.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and support a collaborative team.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables within 3 minutes.
• Update Hosts and Servers when tables are ready for seating.
• Perform light housekeeping, roll silverware, and maintain restroom cleanliness.
