Job summary

First Watch is hiring a Busser to support our breakfast, brunch, and lunch service. We offer no night shifts, a people-first culture, and independence to help provide an exceptional dining experience. Bussers help keep tables clean, reset dining areas within 3 minutes, and coordinate with Hosts and Servers to seat guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork, fast service, and clean hospitality spaces, including light housekeeping, rolling silverware, and restroom upkeep to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.
• Ability to clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Ability to update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping and related duties across the dining area.
