Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Sweet Treat Packager to ensure our ice cream products are properly packaged and meet quality standards. You will inspect, wrap, seal, label, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced production setting.

The role requires strong hand–eye coordination, dexterity, and the ability to work a 5:00 AM–5:00 PM shift in a team environment. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with prior food manufacturing and packaging experience preferred.

As a Sweet Treat Packager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our ice cream products are beautifully packaged and ready to delight customers. Your attention to detail and passion for quality will shine as you carefully handle and package frozen treats to meet production standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ice cream products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
• Wrap, seal, and label ice cream products accurately.
• Perform quality control checks on packaging materials and finished products.
• Load cones on conveyor belt in a timely manor
• Ability to work in a flexible and dynamic environment
• Ensure the highest quality product by performing all required procedures and quality checks
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
