Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in Greencastle is seeking a production packer to efficiently package food-grade products, load materials, and keep lines moving on a fast-paced production floor.

You will perform routine quality checks, maintain cleanliness and safety, and collaborate with teammates to hit daily goals. Requires High School, 0-1 years experience, ability to lift up to 50 lb; 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Pack high-quality products into designated boxes on an active production line while loading containers and materials to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform routine quality checks on packaging and products before sealing and shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following proper safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to reach daily goals.

Working Hours

6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced production, manufacturing, or food processing environment.
• Familiarity with standard safety, quality control, and sanitation procedures.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive team oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a full shift.
