Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Swedish Speaking Online Store Advisor to join our client’s team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will deliver world-class service to Scandinavian customers across phone, email, and live chat, handling online orders, returns, and inventory checks.

Ideal candidates are native to Swedish, have customer service or retail experience, strong digital literacy, and a willingness to relocate to Bulgaria.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a significant asset.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate complex retail management software.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist Swedish-speaking clients with online order inquiries, returns, and inventory availability across physical and digital storefronts.
• Resolve complex consumer retail issues with focus on brand loyalty and service excellence.
• Manage order processing systems to ensure accurate tracking and delivery of retail merchandise.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high standards in international retail.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline customer experience improvements for the Scandinavian market.
• Maintain detailed customer records and feedback logs to support service optimization.
