Job summary

Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our growing team. The contractor shall develop, enhance, and prototype compliance and business processing analytics and tools, and research proofs‑of‑concept in the RD environment to improve automation and monitoring.

The role involves implementing ML/AI algorithms, data modeling, and performance monitoring, with a focus on security compliance and tooling in a Linux environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python and data analytics tooling.
• Experience with machine learning methods and ML model monitoring.
• Proficient in Java/Scala and big data tech (Lucene, Spark, Map/Reduce).
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of model deployment, feature development, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and prototype compliance analytics and tools.
• Explore ML/AI methods and run proofs‑of‑concept in R&D.
• Investigate, integrate, test compliance modernization algorithms, monitor data flows.

Technology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing team!

Contractor shall develop, enhance, and prototype compliance and business processing analytics and tools. Develop new methods for automating compliance functions and improve existing methods. Contractor will investigate, integrate, and test compliance modernization Machine Learning/AI algorithms and research proof-of-concepts in the RD environment. Contractor will develop models and implement appropriate metrics and monitoring of developed tools, functions, and data flows.

Task Order Must Have Skills:

• Experience with Python
• Experience with GM Learn
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Confluence
• Experience developing in a Linux operating environment

Task Order Required Skills:

The projected compensation range for this position is $150K - $250K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
