Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on repair of centrifugal, PD, and H-pumps.
• Experience in oil & gas or produced water SWD operations.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors at remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain SWD pumps and rotating equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including seal and packing replacement and alignment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on pumps, motors, VFDs, and skid equipment.
• Read pump curves, schematics, P&IDs, and manufacturer manuals to guide repairs and setup.
• Coordinate with SWD operators on downtime and repair scheduling.
