Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking a SWD Operator in Pecos, TX to safely operate and monitor saltwater disposal facilities, pumps, tanks, piping, and related equipment. You will track pressures, levels, and flow rates, perform inspections, and coordinate repairs as needed.

The role requires hands-on PD pump experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in outdoor field conditions, including nights and weekends as on-call.

Qualifications

• Saltwater disposal facility experience required.
• Hands-on PD pumps experience highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pumps, tanks, valves, piping, and pressure systems.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor SWD facilities, pumps, tanks, piping, valves, and related equipment.
• Monitor pressures, fluid levels, flow rates, and overall facility performance.
• Operate, inspect, and troubleshoot positive displacement (PD) pumps.
• Perform routine inspections and identify issues.
• Maintain logs, readings, and inspection records; ensure safety/compliance.
