Job summary

NGL Energy Partners is seeking a SWD Operator to monitor and optimize the performance of Salt Water Disposal facilities and pipelines across multiple sites. You will report daily on system conditions, assist with minor repairs, and coordinate with the Operations team for maintenance and field work.

The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, strong communication, and the ability to travel between SWD locations within the region. A valid driver's license and oil/gas experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in oilfield operations and pipelines.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot field equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pumps, pipelines and disposal facilities to ensure optimal operation.
• Generate and review daily facility reports on volumes and sales.
• Identify replacement parts to minimize downtime and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Maintain safety practices and comply with regulations and company policies.
