Core Services Group is seeking a mid-career Surface Warfare professional to support Commander, Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) as a Capability, Assessment, Experimentation, and Future Requirements Analyst. In this role, you will analyze current and future naval capabilities and develop strategic documentation to guide Navy acquisition and experimentation.

You will collaborate with acquisition professionals and operational communities to prepare strategic assessments

Qualifications

• Current SECRET Security Clearance.
• 10+ years of experience as a Qualified Surface Warfare Officer (post-DIVO).
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, including DO/OPNAV papers, dual-use studies, CONOPS.
• 3+ years in the acquisition community or with the Government's POM process.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsabilités

• Conduct capability assessments and gap analyses for surface warfare systems.
• Develop Project Objective Memorandum budget/funding issue papers and CONOPS documents.
• Support the Navy acquisition community and POM process activities.
• Create technical documentation including doctrine, TTPs, and procedures.
• Participate in experimentation planning and future requirements development.
• Collaborate with acquisition professionals and operational communities.
• Prepare strategic assessments and recommendations for senior leadership.
