Core Services Group, Inc. seeks a journeyman‑level professional to support the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) in Virginia. The role focuses on Fleet Advanced Tactics Training to enhance US Navy Information Warfare capabilities and readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Navy Fleet Space Operations experience.
• Recent work in the domain within the last five years is preferred.
• Experience in doctrine, CONOPS, and TTP development for space operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, validating, standardizing, and revising Space Operations CONOPS/doctrine/TTP.
• Provide advanced Space Operations training at multiple levels.
• Assess training effectiveness and advise on gaps, systems, and process improvements.
• Prepare briefings, POAMs, white papers, and other NIWDC mission documents.
