Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking an All-Source Analyst to support DIA HQ in Washington, DC. You will deliver intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic requirements.

Using all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, and publication standards, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products related to foreign weapons systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree + 3+ years in all-source analysis, or 7+ years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments addressing research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation of foreign weapon systems.

Required clearance and polygraph:

Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI polygraph conducted within the past 7 years highly prioritized.

3+ years of experience and bachelor's degree OR 7+ years of experience in lieu of degree

Description

As an all-source intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.

Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.

Desired qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR
